Dignity and Care in Action
Angels for Ukraine proudly presents the results of effective cooperation with Procter & Gamble Ukraine to deliver vital hygiene items to more than 2,500 vulnerable Ukrainians across eight communities and one organization of social care. This cooperation addresses critical gaps in underfunded regions, ensuring pensioners, people with disabilities, internally displaced families, and children receive the basic hygiene supplies they urgently need.
Targeted Support for High-Need Regions
Since May 2025, Angels for Ukraine and Procter & Gamble have coordinated shipments of hygiene kits and shampoo to communities in Chernihiv Oblast and addressed the urgent requests from three organizations of Kyiv and Lviv Oblasts, focusing on recipients often overlooked by larger humanitarian efforts:
- AIC-Brody, Lviv Oblast • 313 hygiene units distributed to 268 low-income residents, including 87 children and families of fallen defenders.
- Komarivska Community, Chernihiv Oblast • 480 hygiene units reached 360 residents, among them 207 children, alongside 119 internally displaced persons and 26 families in crisis.
- Krutivska Community, Chernihiv Oblast • 538 hygiene units provided for 480 citizens, including 150 children, veterans, seniors with disabilities and single-parent households.
- Society of the Blind, Lviv Oblast • 1,200 bottles of Pantene shampoo (400 ml) distributed among 600 vision-impaired, low-income adults and displaced individuals.
- Osterska Community, Chernihiv Oblast • 524 hygiene units served 276 residents—74 of them children—in a town hosting elders, single mothers, large families and people with reduced mobility.
- Parafiivska Community, Chernihiv Oblast • 120 bottles of Pantene shampoo (400 ml) granted to the most at-risk citizens in a community of 6,147.
- Ponornytska Community, Chernihiv Oblast • In a network of 17 villages hosting 356 IDPs and dozens of children in care, aid reached 88 families facing acute hardship.
- Rzhyshchiv Geriatric Center, Kyiv Oblast • 288 liters of Pantene shampoo supplied—covering the entire annual need of 200 elderly residents.

“Bridging the Humanitarian Gap”
“Chernihiv Oblast remains one the most vulnerable regions of Ukraine,” said Vladyslav Shelokov, the President of Angels for Ukraine. “With P&G’s support, we’re not only distributing hygiene items but restoring dignity to seniors, families and children caught in the crossfire.”
