He is a dedicated professional in the fields of partnership development, communications, resource mobilization, project and organizational management.

Francisks Peters is Representative in United Kingdom

Francisks holds an MSc in International Real Estate and Planning from UCL, where he honed his analytical and strategic thinking skills. With a background in property management, he brings experience in project coordination, financial planning, and stakeholder engagement. Passionate about using his skills for a greater cause, Francisks is dedicated to supporting Ukraine through fundraising and development efforts, aiming to make a tangible impact on communities in need.


Martin Parulan is Community Outreach Coordinator

Martin worked as a Brand Ambassador for the United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) Philippines, where he introduced impactful campaigns to new markets and successfully recruited and retained donors. Thanks to his hard work and persuasive personality, he was recognized by the organization for providing some of the best customer service in the country. With a strong background in community outreach and donor engagement, Martin continues to make a difference as a Community Outreach Volunteer with Angels for Ukraine, focusing on building relationships, engaging with the public, and creating lasting change. His ability to connect with people and build meaningful support networks sets him apart as a compassionate and results-driven professional.


Valeriia Oksametna is Head of MHPSS programmes

Master of Clinical Psychology, counseling psychologist, clinical psychologist. Expert in the field of mental health and mental rehabilitation. Has wide experience in psychodiagnostics, correction of anxiety-phobic disorder, and stress disorders (PTSD, complex PTSD). Valeriia establishes rehabilitation and training programs and manages complex projects in mental health and social support. Valeria covers communication with the government authorities and other stakeholders in areas of MHPSS and represents Angels for Ukraine in relevant media activities.


Yevheniia Strilchuk is Volunteer Lead

Yevheniia has over two years of dedicated volunteer experience, focusing on providing humanitarian aid to internally displaced persons and large families since the onset of the full-scale invasion. With a strong background in event organization and communication, Yevheniia has successfully led various initiatives aimed at supporting and empowering the community. Currently, she is the Head of the Public Organisation “Molod Zmiivshyny” and a member of the YPAB UNICEF.
