Honoring the Day of Dignity and Freedom in Ukraine

Today, we commemorate the Day of Dignity and Freedom—a day that embodies the courage, resilience, and unwavering spirit of the Ukrainian people. This date marks two pivotal moments in Ukraine’s modern history: the Orange Revolution of 2004 and the Revolution of Dignity in 2013, when citizens stood united to defend democracy, human rights, and the nation’s future.

For Ukrainians, dignity and freedom are not abstract ideals—they are lived values, deeply rooted in the struggle for independence and self-determination. These principles have guided the nation through times of challenge and triumph, reminding the world that liberty is worth every sacrifice.

At Angels for Ukraine, we honor those who gave their lives for these values and those who continue to protect them today. Their bravery inspires us to act with compassion and solidarity, ensuring that freedom and dignity remain unshaken.

Let this day be a call to all of us: to stand for justice, to support those in need, and to believe in the power of unity. Together, we can help Ukraine move toward a future where peace and human rights prevail.

Glory to Ukraine! Glory to its Heroes!
