Annual Report 2025: A Year of Impact, Growth, and Hope

In 2025, Angels for Ukraine continued its mission to support communities affected by the ongoing war and to empower Ukrainians with the tools, resources, and opportunities they need to rebuild their lives. Thanks to the unwavering support of our donors, partners, and volunteers, we delivered assistance across the 9 war-affected regions of Ukraine, reaching more than 22,500 people throughout the year.


2025 in Numbers

  • $207,741 — total value of humanitarian and development assistance provided.
  • 22,500+ people reached across Ukraine.
  • 9 oblasts and the capital city covered with aid: Chernihivska, Donetska, Kharkivska, Kyivska, Lvivska, Mykolaivska, Sumska, Khersonska, Zaporizka, and Kyiv City.
  • $1M+ of assistance from international donors facilitated.
  • 107 volunteers engaged.

Key Achievements

Strengthening Critical Infrastructure

In 2025, we supported communities by donating essential vehicles and equipment that enhance local emergency services and social support systems:

  • Vehicles donated to KiptivskaOsterska, and Parafiivska communities of Chernihivska Oblast to strengthen social service delivery.
  • An ambulance was donated to a medical unit, improving emergency medical response.
  • Firetruck donated to Osterska Community, significantly increasing firefighting capacity.

Improving Access to Clean Water

Ensuring safe drinking water remained a priority:

  • 795 household water filters distributed in ChernihivskaKhersonskaMykolaivska, and Zaporizka oblasts.
  • A highly productive water purification system was installed at a children’s hospital in Mykolaivska Oblast, improving long-term access to clean water for young patients, medical staff, and residents of nearby buildings.

Hygiene Support

To maintain hygienic and safe environments:

  • 18,372 hygiene items were delivered to healthcare and social institutions in ChernihivskaKharkivskaKyivskaLvivskaMykolaivska, and Sumska oblasts.
  • 3000 packs of wet wipes for surface disinfection are provided to hospitals and social institutions in ChernihivskaLvivska, and Zaporizka oblasts.

Empowering Children and Youth

This year, we expanded our educational and psychosocial support programs:

  • Licenses for Cardone University’s online education platform are provided to vulnerable children and youth across Ukraine, creating opportunities for personal development and professional growth. 200 individuals received 1-year linceses for full access to the platform.
  • 30,000 color pencils were distributed to organizations supporting children in Kyiv City and Mykolaivska Oblast, promoting creativity, emotional resilience, and self-expression.

Strengthening Communities

To help local authorities stay connected and effective:

  • 5 communities received critical IT equipment to improve administrative capacity and service provision.
  • 7 communities received training and consultations to secure targeted funding from international donor organizations. 

Building Knowledge, Dialogue, and Support Networks

We continued convening leaders, specialists, and communities to address Ukraine’s long-term recovery:

  • Co-organized an international conference on Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) in Kyiv, bringing together experts to improve standards of care.
  • Hosted an event for leading companies focused on veteran reintegration, encouraging private-sector engagement in supporting veterans’ transition to civilian life.
