In the heart of Chernihiv Oblast, the Krutivska community—a collective of 14 villages—stands as a testament to resilience. Home to 3,120 residents, this community continues to endure the compounding challenges of war, displacement, and socio-economic hardship. Among its population are 1,062 elderly individuals, including 179 with disabilities.
